Loudoun Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is open Monday – Thursday from 8 am until 5 pm and Fridays from 8am to 2:30pm.
Consultation appointments are usually made for the afternoon as the morning appointments are reserved for our surgical patients. We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment in a timely and convenient manner. Please note that elective consultations generally book two to four weeks in advance. If you anticipate a need for your treatment to be done shortly after your consultation, please let our treatment coordinators know as it may be possible to schedule your surgical appointment at the time your consultation appointment is scheduled.
We try our best to stay on schedule and see you at the scheduled time. Due to the fact that Dr. Bluhm, Dr. Dorsch and Dr. Vandervort provide surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your consultation for registration and/or 15 minutes prior to your surgery to finalize any last minute details. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
